Lucie Guertin

Lucie Guertin - Bilingual Facilitator

Drawing on over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, acquisition/merger integration, organizational development, sales team development, facilitation and consulting, Lucie has worked with all levels from senior executives to supervisors to front line employees. Audiences include the telecommunications, financial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and high tech sectors.

Her areas of expertise include sales and service effectiveness, leadership, coaching, performance management and change management. She has also coached individuals and teams, and led train-the-trainer sessions. Lucie holds a Bachelor of Administration from University of Ottawa and an MBA from Schulich School of Business. She also holds a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation.

She has delivered learning sessions both in French and English. Her career has taken her around the globe: Canada, the United States, Europe, Central America, South America, India, Africa and Australia, working in line and staff positions, and as a facilitator. Although cultures, languages and organizations may be different, the challenges are similar, and thus, experiences and learnings can be shared. Lucie’s enthusiastic and dedicated approach engages participants in the learning process.

Lucie enjoys life, currently in Montreal, or where ever the plane takes her on her adventures.
