Bill Swift, PCC - Coach

Bill is an executive coach and leadership performance & change consultant with more than 30 years of corporate leadership experience. He has led large retail and commercial banking organizations. His experience stretches across operational leadership, marketing, sales, customer service delivery, call center management and human resources. He brings this dynamic experience into his coaching and consulting relationships with an enthusiastic business focus to inspire leadership development and deliver tangible results.

At Rogers Communications Inc., Bill spent six years as an executive in the Customer Care operations for Wireless and Cable. Previously, Bill spent more than 20 years with the Bank of Montréal in a variety of leadership positions, essentially as an operational leader on both the Retail and Commercial sides of the business. He served as an executive officer during his last 12 years with BMO. He is a highly skilled facilitator and enabler of personal and professional results.

Bill has a Bachelor degree from the University of Toronto majoring in Economics. He has also completed an Advanced Executive Program at the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario and the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, Illinois.

He is licensed for the delivery of programs in Essential Conversations for Developing Others, (ECDO) and the how’s of coaching Coaching Clinic, both deliverables of CoachU/Inc. Bill has successfully completed the Advanced Corporate Coaching designation with CoachU. Bill partners with Profiles International, offering and administering a full suite of behavioural assessment tools and 360s.
